Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program to an applicant who is or was eligible for the Chapter 35 Survivors' Dependents' Educational Assistance benefit as determined by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs; and authorizing certain methods for verifying eligibility of these individuals for the Edward T. and Mary A. Conroy Memorial Scholarship Program.
